Dear Sir I have booked ticket through IRCTC using the username nmohanraj and cancelled the same on 20-Sep-2009. But the amount of Rs.1008/- towards the refund for the cancellation done on 29-Sep-2009 for Ticket vide PNR 6130939118 has not been credited into my account. I have communicated the problem through email and phone to IRCTC. But they replied that the problem is with the bank and we cannot do anything in this regard. No proper response was given.
