ATT uses IC systems as their bill collecter. I and my wife have fallen behind on bills because she had been out of work since 2/10/09 and had total hip replacement, and my salary had been cut. I sent paperwork to ATT explaining this situation, but they turned it over to IC systems. When I told them the same story, and offered to give them documentation I was told that they didn't care, circumstances didn't matter AND THEY WANTED THEIR MONEY!!!
