What can ticket master think of to make money. You order on the Internet which mean: 1) they don't have to pay people to answer you on the phone 2) they don't have any printing or shipping costs becausethey send you a PDF file and still they charge you fees with various names (convenience charge, order processing fee, fats track, ...) In the end your ticket is way more expensive that what they advertise. ENtertainement venues should not let them steal money that way from costumers.
