Hi, I am the on who originally wrote the FRAUD complaint. I did as the customer service notation on this complaint site asked and included my customer# / order# in my complaint. So, to be fair, I had to come back and let you all know that after doing this they did refund the entire amount to my bank account within the week, so now my children can have Christmas after all. Lightinthebox is a total FRAUD company. I ordered two laptops for my children for Christmas and even paid extra for shipping. The order was almost $400. I then received an email from them stating they need a picture of my credit card with only last for digits of number showing or copy of bank statement with only name and address and last four digits showing.
