Lets see, where should I begin? Sprint PCS Customer Service STINKS! There is definitely room for a lot of improvement. I have been a customer of Sprint PCS for quite a few years (over 6) and really had not had any problems with them until I decided to add a 3rd line to my existing account. Of course I was unaware that my plan had become obsolete, which of course Sprint did not bother to communicate to their customers.
