Best Buy Grossly mis-represents their extended service plans. In Feb 2006 I purchased an I pod at best buy 86th and bought what I thought was a 3 year warranty. I brought it back last month for repair and was told appx 2 weeks later that the product would be replaced but they did not have any on hand so I could wait or get a store credit. I waited. I was called and told that ipods had arrived and I could pick up my replacement.
