I spent thousands of dollars on a device that was shipped with full insurance from a FedEx shipper and transported by FedEx Ground. The machine arrived broken in several ways and was inspected by a FedEx agent. He confirmed that the shipping had damaged the item but said that it wasn't their fault. How can this be?
