Wells Fargo is absolutely the worst run company with regard to customer service and follow up. We were told we could get a 2 month extension on paying our auto loan so we applied. The the fun started. After about three months of harassing phone calls and one "no-customer service" person after another telling us we were behind, we had been approved, we hadn't been approved, or not knowing at all what the situation was, we gave up.
