I am writing this statement because as of December 8th 2009 I have been trying to get my money from Kipp Kelly. He gave me a worthless check which he knew was worthless when he gave it to me. He says that we can call him. I have been trying to call him and text him and he will not answer because he knows it it me. Everything I have read and heard about Kipp Kelly seems to be true.
