Ever since the takeover, I have become extremely disgruntled at the lack of customer care, service, and general information this bank has to offer. I was a customer of Commerce Bank for over 10 years. If I needed customer service, I could rest assured they would help me over the phone anytime, anyplace, and in a very timely manner. I never had problems retrieving my information or changing my preferences. The customer service was superior. Now I want to withdraw all of my money and hide it in a mattress.
