I have purchase a videocon machine of atlantic 7kg model on 08.11.09 from our nearest dealer M/s Chawla Electronics SCO 49 (Basement), Huda Market, Sector-29, Faridabad. An engineer came to install and found body was broken. He send the report to the service center. I have also lodged complaint No. GUR 1511090103 dated 15/11/09 separataly.
