I went to Arby's on 100 Arthur Way, Kiln Creek in Virginia. I spent $20 and some odd change on food. I ate and it tasted disgusting! and on top of that there were cockroaches climbing up the wall, I was grossed out like never before in my life. To get to the big point, they wouldnt refund my money and I didn't want any more food. The people, especially the manager Rochell was very nasty and loud. Don't ever go there it's a disgusting place!! I will never go there or any Arby places again. read full review »
