We are also victims, took our money in February 2009 and we never heard from them again. We had to call them ourselves to check on the status of the loan modification application. There was no written official correspondence except for the contract. The last time we checked, we were told (on the phone) that our application was approved, but nothing to validate, no written confirmation, nothing at all. These people should be caught and punished.
