On the 16th August 2009 a friend and I went to the London New ID studios for a gift experience day, photo shoot. The photo shoot was fine but after we were taken into a small room with the salesman who was extremely rude and very pushy. We felt very rushed into decisions, and were not allowed time to discuss things on our own.
