asked for an upgrade from THEORDER.CO.UK. they sent me my Razar Motorola...It wasnt working-not charging..I returned it, to be sent the same phone (i put clear film on back of phone) back to me still NOT WORKING...i HAVE PAID THE POSTAGE...nothing said about refunding my money...now I have to return the same phone, ...I DONT WANT ANOTHER MOTOROLA, I WANT TWO LOTS OF POSTAGE OF MY MONEY SENT TO ME WHICH, 'the order' owe me...I will get in touch with TRADING STANDARDS if this is not sorted!!! read full review »
