Back in June, I signed up for their "trial package". Imagine my surprise to find, before I even got the trial package, that I'd been charged for a regular shipment of coffee. I called and canceled before ever having received the trial package. When the UPS man got here, I refused the trial. And then, within the next few days, I refused the regular shipment.
