After signing up for a trial offer for dazzle smile, I was enrolled automatically for a 40 day trial, unknowingly, to a world club fitness, that eventually charged me 24 bucks! After stressing to them that I had never heard of them, nor been to their website, I pleaded with them to refund my money. But to no avail, and in fact they spit at me their policy that they are protected by their terms and conditions that I never saw, and I DID read the Terms and Conditions available the day i signed up with the dazzle smile.
