I ordered a pair of ugg boots from this site on 17/11/09 and payment was taken immediately despite a message telling me that the payment had not gone through. I also received an automated e-mail confirming order and telling me to pay to complete transaction. I still have not received any boots and replying to their e-mail has resulted in nothing. Can someone please advise what I should do? I paid £76.12 for a pair of nightfall ugg boots for my daughter for christmas and can't afford to lose it. Thanks. read full review »
