Shopping trip to Hagerstown interrupted by a split rear heating hose. Told the mechanic/rep at desk that it was a ruptured hose and where as I had looked under the Tracker/vehicle and saw the problem. Told there was no problem, was going to get it taken care of very quickly, next car in slots, and would have a writeup on it in a moment. "Just sign here so that we can have a look at it". Encyclopedia salesman move of holding down paper for me so that I could easily sign OK for them to work on it...to see my signature applied to a charge... read full review »
