They open a checking account that can go negative under the situation that I don't know. And charge me for 25-30 d per overdraft. When I want to complaint about this, I experience the awful customer service. When I call them the woman just be in convulsions at the time of she pick up my phone. After I expain what I thinking about this about they should tell me by phone that my accout went negative and will charge extra fees. they just tell me it's your own business. They don't have enought time to tell me. but why they have enough time to tell me their free poor customer service. I will never use the poor bank. No more! read full review »
