I have never been so aggravated in my life! Charter Communications is SO FAR behind in CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS they should not even be in business!!! I paid a bill over the phone a week ago for $85.85 and the young man who took my payment was laughing and talking to someone else the whole time (very rude and not doing his job).
