I seen the commercial on TV and placed an order for the buy one get one free offer. The total cost should have been $40.00. I chose to upgrade each item to the platinum which added $19.99 to the order. When I received the email conformation the company had totaled the order to 8 necklaces. The final cost was $327.80. I tried to cancel the order but all links in the email were invalid.
