Dear Sir / Ma'am: I got a call from Five Star Universal, on Saturday, August 8, 2009, saying that I won a trip to Florida. I told the person who called me that I did not want any free trips to Florida! She told me that I had contacted the company on its website, and that I had purchased the ticket online.
