I ordered the product for .99cents. My doctor advised me against taking it. I received the RMA # reletviely quickly and I returned it via FEDERAL EXPRESS. When I was charged almost 60.00 for the product, I was flabbergasted. They reported they had no record of my return. I provided a FED EX tracking number and then they replied they would refund me everything except shipping charges. I thought the shipping charge was .99 cents which is what i paid.
