Through a Walmart email there was tagged on several questionairs that I filled out a ad for a FREE sample of their product for a $11.00 s&h charge. I received the "sample" along with a contract I was responsible for their product to be mailed to me every two months charged to the credit card I gave for the s&h "costs".
