I recieved the following messsage from "LM-AxisBank" at 01:38 PM on 11/12/2009 "Your Axis Bank credit card 7492 is blocked for internet transactions due to incorrect password. To unblock your credit card, pls contact us at 18604258888/022-25261201." This message clearly tells that the card was tried to be used online, with a wrong password and it has been blocked. Axis Credit Card

I have been using Axis Bank Corporate Credit Card since Feb 2009. Their has been 2 fraud transactions on my card in same month, which I have reported. They the second one was done online in a secure way and it cant be reverted. They were the ones who called me to confirm if that was done by me, and now, they say it was secure. I have send many reminders by email and would have called many times to their hot line to avail. Their personnel is not helpful at all and their service is very very poor.
