I received a letter from GMAC stating that my loan was being sold to Specialized Loan Services LLC. Coincidentally I had paid off the load 10 days earlier. When I attempted close the account both companies stated that they didn't have the account any longer. GMAC said they transferred it, and specialized said they never received it.
