We rented a flat from Legacy Development. We lived there for more than a year. When we decided to move out, we gave them the required one month notice and left the flat at the end of the term. Despite all this, they deducted the next month"s rent from our account. We were paying by direct debit and despite the termination of the contract they did not delete it.
