I, like the others who have written complaints, have been charged $12.99 from my account for months and am not real sure why! Every time I have tried calling, I have not been able to reach anyone to even cancel this charge to my account. I am not sure how long this has been going on, but plan to request a full refund. This compnay needs to be investigated and shut down...look at how many complaints have already been issued!
