I had the same thing happen to me. I agreed to the $1.00 special rate shipping charge. No additional charge was mentioned, and I recieved NOTHING! One week later, I had a debit to my account for $11.95. Which was conveniently done on a Friday, so I had no way of knowing what it was for, until Monday. By then the bank had paid it, and said it could not be reversed. BUT, THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT, so there will be no additional charges from this company!! This is a good start.
