I spent $1700 on a mattress set and was delivered the next step down. Rather than admitting their mistake, they claim I received a "defective" set from the manufacturer and that a company representative would contact me. No company rep has called. I contacted them again. Still waiting for someone to contact me. Now I'm left having to contact the BBB and other agencies trying to get some action. $1700 is a lot of money to spend and not receive the item your ordered.
