I purchased a reclining couch from Ashley Furniture and 4 days after I purchased it, the mechanism inside broke. I had to take time off of work to have their customer service come and take a look at it. Now two weeks later, they still refuse to replace the couch. They expect me to take time off of work so they can come and repair the couch. I have asked them to replace it and they refuse.
