My dog has been going to Banfield since 2005 under their plan. they say preventive care, my dog has had the same problem for awhile nobody can tell me anything every time i go i get meds and pay more money. now my dog can't walk and in order to find out why he can't walk they want more money.for what ? in all these years of preventive care they didn't see the problem before he couldn't walk.
