Complete Disgrace - Do not sign up to these guys. Customer Service, non-existent, back-office, non-existent, money collection - top class. For the past three years, we have been with British Gas on a 4-year fixed contract to supply our gas. Recently they've tried to charge us 99p per unit!!!
