I went to return a dog coat on January 24, 2009 that was purchased on December 24th 2008, it was within the 60 day return policy. The cashier, an older lady, glared at me, studied the receipt like it was fake, asked in a rude manner why I wanted to return it. I told her i got the wrong size, I needed a large. She studied the coat and in a loud, demeaning voice said "It IS a large!". I pointed to the tag which indicated it was an extra large.
