Our family received a Samsung digital camera (S860) for a Christmas gift last year. The camera is still brand new, never hardly used, now it is freezing up, not taking pictures, not turning on etc, We don't have a receipt, I called them and the said, sorry out of warranty, not even a year yet!!! I asked how much to fix, the quoted $160.00!!! Can you believe this. I even asked Leslie what she would do, she understood my compliant but said Samsung's policy can't do anything about it.
