August 12, 2010 An attempt made to purchase a misleading product offering listing "Instant Access" to an online product. When processing the transaction the company debited twice for the elusive product from my bank account. I contacted my bank and spoke with William (wg8751) who verified both transactions with ID no. 221401 payable to Job Agency and 221244 payable to V.P.L. D-8 Job 8662192080job. Ben Alexander, owner CWPM screamed at me today when I called to ask why he refused to list the apartment before the first of the month so that I possibly could receive some unused rent back. As a blind person I use adaptive software to read and compelete necessary documents. On or about November 17, 2009 I phoned Quest Communications to order transfer of service from one location to the new in Montrose Colorado. During the process I ordered basic cable which was sold by Quest Representitive for $29.99 per month until 2011 as advertised. It was installed on November 30, 2009. Ib December 8, I received a bill for $74.99 for the monthly cable service which I did not order at this rate.
