I had ordered a "Free Sample" offer from them with a $1.00 shipping/handling charge. Or it was suppose to be free. Well, I never received their product, so I knew nothing about it was suppose to be returned or they would charge me $130.00. And didn't think much about it when I didn't get it. Every now and then, we don't receive our mail, it's put in the wrong mailbox, and doesn't get returned to us. We've contacted the post office about this, but nothing has ever been done, and we're not the only one... read full review »
