I had a choice of airlines this week and chose Lufthansa because I thought they would provide excellent service. Not so - I suggest business travelers be very wary of this fading bird. I bought a full-fare business ticket that cost over ten thousand dollars and was served a plate of fruit for dinner and a scant breakfast and a bunch of movies that were out of date.
