I have a Kitchen Aid Concerean self cleaning stove that is four years old. Within the first year switches for the elements have failed. One has been replaced three times usually I have to call Sears and remind them of the repair. When replacing the element the service man broke the stove top. I waited a month for the replacement. Before Thanksgiving my oven would not maintain the selected temperature. THe service man replaced the sensor today, it didn't work. Here it is Christmas and I'm still waiting for a working oven.
