I really dont understan on why airtel is deducting money for no reason i generally dont download or opt for any service like cricket etc. but still the scores are sent to my mobile and even after frequent calls to the customer care the money is getting deducted. The people in customer care do give a reply that in four hours the service will be de-activated but two days later once again i receive scores and money gets deducted. I wonder if complaints are read and actions are taken by airtel. read full review »
