I was also scammed with the same excuses and results. I have been trying to get something done here with this so called "practice" and all I have gotten was ripped off. My initial payment of $750 was paid on Oct 9th and I have yet to get a call back with anything other than when my next payment is going to be paid. After 60 days of baloney I now realized I was scammed I refused to pay further towards my next $750 retainer fee.
