I signed up for a package in one of their branches near my house. When I moved, I asked to transfer my package to another branch nearer to my new place. After making the appointment with the new branch at Holland Village, and confirming with both branches that the package has been transferred, the one at Holland Village called just before I left for my appointment to say that the timing was shifted back by half an hour.
