they were serving uncooked oatmeal on a cup, money was refund upon request, manager name of Claudia A. tells that its their way of cooking it. My Question is is it safe to eat a oatmeal that is not fully cooked? and is it safe to serve it to people? would like to know if theres any complain similar to these? read full review »
