Dear sir / madam, I regret to inform that today, I have delivered my car I10 (AP 10 AS 7141 ) for first servicing and job to be carried out duly mentioned in the authorization letter but they have not attended the job and returned unattended, I bring to your noticed that at the time of sale Mr.Anil (sales executive ) assured me good service after sales all the times in future.
