One night my friends and I decided to order pizza hut. Here there is a call center that you place your order with. We were hung up on more times than I want to admit because I just should have called Domino's because I have never had a problem with them plus you do not have to call a call center, you talk to the actual store. Well, the first time the order was late. So, we called them and were told to call back when the driver actually got there that it had to be 20 minutes late.
