A rant from Italy, where a parcel containing live plants for my garden arrived from the UK on December 2. On each day since then, 6 so far, it's gone out for delivery...and been returned to (I think) a sub-contractors depot. For the past week, I've phoned DHL on their premium-rate number and have basically been told lies. 'It's definitely arriving tomorrow...' ' We've made it highest priority...' etc etc Utter bullshit.
