We returned to Cuba and rented a car for 2 days. The rental agent told us this was high season. All the hotel staff told us it wasnt. When we rented the car we were told it was cash only. She said the price was $180.00 When we returned the car and asked for a receipt we were told it would be sent to our hotel the next day. The receipt we got was a visa slip that was written out and signed by the rental agent, no visa number or anything that would identify this as a car rental or even that it was ours.
