In 2007, I responded to Rohit Pandit Corp advertisement in leading newspapers inviting buyers for 3BHK Apartments in Oxygen City, Solapur. Paid Rs.2 Lakhs as Deposit and was promised that Legal Documentation would be done within 2 Months. But, Rohit Pandit simply closed the office and fled Solapur with his family. Numerous buyers have been cheated.
