I have had numerous maintance issues with the place I have rented from this agency. Most have not been fixed and after being there for a month still have no remote control for the garage I am paying for. Yesterday the appartment was completly flooded and I now have damaged carpets, cloths and shoes but the agency says "this is not their problem". They will not let me speak with the agency manager nor will they get him to call me. Can you tell me what is the responsibility of the agency and the manager in regard to maintance issues. I pay a 2.5% fee per year for maintance on top of the rent. Legally where do I stand? read full review »
